Return and Exchange Policy

At Mostog, we believe shopping should feel safe and easy. We would like you to have fun with your order and be happy with what you purchased. When something is not fitting well, or you just change your mind, you can always give it back or make an exchange without any hassle. This is what we want to simplify and make clear to everyone.

The following page details the process of returns, exchanges, and refunds at Mostog. Read this first and send something back before it is too late.

Our Promise

We care about your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange it. We do not ask long questions or pressure you. We only need the item to be in good condition so we can put it back into stock.

When You Can Return or Exchange

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or an exchange.

You can return or exchange products that are:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached

Please include your proof of purchase. Your order confirmation email is enough.

You cannot return items that:

  • Have been worn or washed
  • Have missing tags or packaging
  • Are damaged because of use

Sale or clearance items may only qualify for an exchange depending on availability.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we will help you exchange the item. Here is how exchanges work:

  1. Send the item back to us.
  2. Tell us the new size or color you want.
  3. After we receive and check the item, we ship the exchange.

If the requested size or color is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Exchanges are based on stock. If you love something, do not wait too long to request an exchange.

How to Return Your Order

All returns are completed by post.

To return your order:

  1. Fold the item neatly and place it inside the original packing if possible.
  2. Add a note with your name, order number, and phone or email.
  3. Seal the parcel well so it reaches us safely.

Send your return to this address:

You are responsible for postage unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect. Please keep your postage receipt or tracking number. It helps if a package gets delayed on the way.

Refunds

Refunds are simple. Once we receive your returned item, we check:

  • Is it in new condition
  • Are the tags still there
  • Is it within the return time limit

If everything looks fine, we start your refund.

Refund details:

  • Refunds go to the original payment method
  • We normally process refunds within 14 days
  • Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the money in your account

We will email you once the refund is processed.

We cannot refund to a different card or payment source.

Faulty, Incorrect, Or Damaged Items

We check every order before packing it. But if something slips through, we will fix it.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty:

  1. Take a clear photo of the item
  2. Email us at support@mostog.com
  3. Include your name and order number

Once we verify the mistake, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund, including postage cost

You will not have to pay to return faulty items.

Missing Order Slip Or Paperwork

If you misplaced the return paper inside your package, do not worry. Just include a handwritten note with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Your phone number or email

The return will still be processed as long as the product is in new condition and within the return time limit.

Canceling Your Order

If you want to cancel your order, contact us right away. We ship orders quickly, so cancellation is only possible if the order has not been dispatched yet.

If the order is already shipped, you can return it after delivery.

Returning Gifts

If you were given a Mostog product as a gift, we can exchange it for another size or color if the item is still in new condition. Refunds can only go back to the original buyer because of payment security rules.

  • Try on items without removing the tags
  • Keep the original packing until you are sure the item fits
